Our Michigan-grown Snaps series began as a passion project from Head Distiller, Karl Scripter. With a focus on sustainability and capturing every ounce of local flavor, Karl started experimenting with the pulp left behind after pressing fruit for our liqueurs and cocktails. Rather than let it go to waste, he used it as the foundation for a bold series of overproof spirits we call “Snaps”—our nod to the fruit-forward drams and fortified spirits found across Europe.

Each release begins with freshly pressed Michigan fruit, soaked in our high-proof winter wheat vodka, then redistilled to create a spirit that is bright, refined, and unmistakably expressive of place. Nothing wasted—just concentrated, elegant flavor from farm to glass.
