Wendy Aperol Spirtz

FT. LONG ROAD WENDY’S PEPPERCORN

Make it at home: Wendy Aperol Spritz, featuring Long Road Wendy Peppercorn!

Ingredients needed: Long Road Wendy Peppercorn Vodka, Aperol, lemon juice (fresh is best), soda water, lemon wheel to garnish.

Tools needed: Collins (or other tall) glass, jigger, shaker tins, Hawthorne strainer.

1. Add 1.5 oz Wendy Peppercorn to tin.
2. Add 1 oz Aperol to tin.
3. Add .75 oz lemon juice to tin.
4. Add ice and shake vigorously.
5. Strain into collins glass.
6. Add ice.
7. Top with soda water.
8. Garnish with lemon wheel.
9. Enjoy!
